A Los Angeles native, Tim Morris was born into the restaurant Buisness, growing up on the floor of his family restaurant in Malibu. Learning from the ground up, Tim has spent years honing his family’s craft. Whether managing food cost, managing concept development, or managing the day to day crisis or extraordinary one, Tim is ready to help you lift your business up. 

​Growing up in Big Bear City,  California, Steve Marshall was raised with an ethos of self sufficiency and a lust for the outdoors. A personal experience lit a fire for search and rescue, emergency medicine, and eventually law enforcement, Steve has become a subject matter expert in all three. With firsthand experience in what will save lives in your business, Steve is a wealth of knowledge and a natural teacher. 

Hailing from Malibu, Mark Stevenson has gone from search and rescue volunteer to paramedic and everything in between. A instructor in emergency medicine for local, state, and federal agencies, Mark is able to provide expert advice and instruction to students to let them succeed in the most dire of circumstances.
